Service Level Descriptions

The following table gives a brief overview of the different service levels and management options

Customized Service Packages

Each service level provides a base package of capabilities that can be customized through various options and add-on services so you can receive exactly the level of support, responsiveness, or services that you need and that your budget allows.

Through a consultative process, Security On-Demand will utilize CISSP certified security consultants to help analyze your security infrastructure, risk management, and compliance issues and will work to recommend the proper level of services based on the capabilities and coverage gaps that are discovered.

Through this process we can provide the optimum blend of services that will meet all of the immediate security and compliance requirements and yet also be flexible to allow the addition or removal of other security services that may be required in the future as new threats and regulatory compliance requirements evolve.
