Custom Log Support
Our log definition capabilities are extensive and can easily accommodate multiple alert, log and data formats. We can support almost any device type or data as long as the data can be output into a file or there is a means to capture and recognize the data. Other providers cannot be as flexible on providing support for devices that are not mainstream systems or vendors.
Full Management Support
