Our Client Web Portal provides visibility to all security event data, alerts, logs, scan vulnerabilities, external threat intelligence that contribute to an understanding of overall risk posture of the organization. Key capabilities of the client security portal include:

Security Dashboard

Our client security portal and dashboard is is the culmination of many years of development, customer feedback and carefully developed use cases.  It offers the following capabilities:

  • Full Vulnerability Scan Integration - We have developed integrations with several different scan vendors and service providers to integrate their scan results into our client portal.  When scanning services are added as part of the services we provide, we can use the scan data as a vulnerability correlation increases the accuracy and usefulness of our security monitoring services.
  • Alert Monitoring – We provide full, real-time alert monitoring that is immediately available for a client to view and analyze security incident alerts as as they occur.  Each alert that is identified is assigned a severity ranking and prioritized within various security dashboards, reports and notifications.  Each alert can be further profiled through a "clickable" drill down capability both in a table view format and via a chart or trend graph.
  • Log Management – Our client portal access our Data Warehouse based log analysis tools.  Our approach allows the user to quickly search through hundreds of millions of records in seconds.  No database or programming language is required.  The client can select from a library of canned reports, create custom reports of their own, or point and click their way through through logs based on trend graphs and more.
  • Zones – Our portal provides the unique functionality of creating a custom “zone”, which is any logical grouping of data that represents an area of their system that they would like to collect more information about.  Examples of zones include compliance requirements), network areas, geographies, or any functional areas that is self-defined within the organization.  Zones can be selected when filtering through logs, alerts, or creating reports to make it easier to find and identify the devices that are most important to the user.
  • Administrative Features – We support role based security which allows the account administrator to make assignments that are specific to their organizational role.  Account administrators have access to all audit trails, user logs, change management approvals, etc.
  • Change Management Workflow – We support a formalized change management system that can enabled for all requested changes by the client including change approval routing and audit tracking for compliance purposes.  Audit trails form all changes are stored and can be reported in accordance with compliance or audit requirements.
  • Information Dashboards – Each menu page with the portal offers up an extensive information dashboard that provides a current status of all security events, traffic patterns, compliance status, and security posture.  All graphs and charts have extensive drill down capabilities that allow the user to easily dig into information based on the summary presented on any menu landing page.
  • Ticketing & Response – Our integrated help desk provides full visibility into all call tickets, event and incident triage, responses, resolutions to technical issues, escalations and more.  The user can get instant status on all open issues, what is currently being done, and interact further with engineers assigned to your issue.
  • Threat Research – Our portal offers  the user the ability to view up to the minute threat intelligence, which is aggregated from the top information sources on current security threats, trends, and news stories.  The user can also perform research on threats, obtain information from sources such as CVE and bugtraq on how to remediate and protect on certain threats and more.
