Security On-Demand Launches Major Channel Expansion Initiative for 2020

Security On-Demand’s new partner program helps partners to expand sales, strengthen client relationships and compete more effectively in accounts

Security On-Demand Inc. (“SOD”), a leading national provider of Managed Security and Managed Detection Response Services, announced today a major upgrade and expansion of its channel program for 2020 and beyond. The company’s “SOD Partner Success Program” is a 100% channel sales-focused program that makes it easy and profitable for partners to recommend, resell or private-label SOD Managed Security and Managed Detection and Response Services.

The new SOD channel program is designed to help each partner expand sales opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and strengthen competitive differentiation, while providing a seamless and positive client experience. The program also enhances rather than competes against the partner’s own services. This “eco-system” approach overcomes the conflicts that interfere with the partner relationship when both partner and provider sell competing services.

The SOD Partner Success Program is designed to improve success rates by closing business together through a unique co-sell model that uses Private Label relationships to help partners win large contracts through client value, proof demonstrations, and competitive differentiation.

The new program launch includes a restructuring of SOD’s partner benefits, which offers improved financial incentives and a new Partner Portal that includes sales training, branded collaterals, sales playbooks, creative content, and strategic as well as tactical marketing support. In addition to the co-branded partnership tier, SOD now offers a Private Label tier option for partners that wish to become the sole relationship interface, using their own NOC/SOC for all direct interactions with their clients for the services.
